Buying & payments

Paying in crypto, confirmations, your order page

How do I pay?

Choose Litecoin, Bitcoin, Solana — or USDC / USDT on the Solana network — at checkout. You get an exact amount and a payment address — send exactly that amount from any wallet or exchange. Your order is reserved for 60 minutes while you pay. Buyers never pay fees: the price you see is the price you pay.

My payment says “detected” but the order isn't unlocked yet.

That's normal. We wait for the network to confirm your payment before anything is delivered — usually 2–10 minutes on Litecoin, 10–30 on Bitcoin, under a minute on Solana. You can close the page; your item stays reserved and unlocks by itself. Please don't cancel while it confirms.

I sent a different amount, or paid after the timer ran out.

Open a ticket on Discord with your order ID and the transaction ID (TXID). We can check the payment on the blockchain and fix the order by hand. Please don't send it again — we'll sort it out with you.

Which coin should I use?

Litecoin is usually the easiest: quick to confirm and tiny fees. Bitcoin works too but confirms slower. Want the amount to stay in dollars? Pick USDC or USDT — they are sent on the Solana network, so choose Solana (not Ethereum, Tron or BSC) as the withdrawal network, or the money is lost. Paying from an exchange? Exchanges take their withdrawal fee out of what you send — make sure the amount that arrives matches the amount shown at checkout.

I left checkout. Do I lose my order?

No. Open the listing again and you'll see “Resume checkout” with the same address and timer. You can also cancel it there and start over.

Orders & delivery

What happens after you pay

What happens after I pay?

Secured accounts unlock automatically the moment your payment confirms — the login details appear on your order page. Coins, spawners and other items are delivered in-game by the seller: they see your Minecraft username on their Orders page, send it to you, and add proof (a note or screenshot).

How long does the seller have to deliver?

Sellers are expected to deliver within 3 days, and most do it much faster. You can chat with the seller from your order page. If they don't deliver, open a dispute — your money stays in escrow.

When does the seller get paid?

Never before you have your order. For accounts, the seller is paid 24 hours after delivery — that's your window to report a problem. For coins and items, the seller is paid when you click “I got it”, or 3 days after they mark it delivered if you say nothing.

Where do I find my orders?

Your dashboard → Purchases. Every order shows its status, the seller's proof, a chat with the seller, and buttons to confirm or open a dispute.

Problems & disputes

Not delivered, not as described, refunds

The seller didn't deliver, or it isn't what was listed.

Open a dispute from your order page and say what's wrong. Your payment stays in escrow. The seller can add their proof, an admin reviews both sides, and if the seller can't show they delivered you're refunded. For the quickest reply, also open a ticket in our Discord with your order ID.

How do disputes work?

1) You open a dispute (accounts: within 24 hours of delivery; coins & items: until you confirm or 3 days pass). 2) The seller is notified and adds their proof. 3) An admin reviews the proof, the chat and the details. 4) They decide: refund you, or release the seller's payment. Funds never move to the seller while a dispute is open.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — through a dispute, when the seller can't deliver or the item isn't as described. Refunds are sent in crypto by our team — open a ticket in our Discord with your order ID and wallet address and it goes out fastest. Changing your mind after you've received what you bought isn't a reason for a refund.

My account was banned after I bought it.

A ban after purchase usually isn't grounds for a refund, because it can come from what happens after you take over the account. If the account was misrepresented — for example it was already banned when it was listed — open a dispute and we'll look at it.

How do I report a scammer?

Use the Report button on the seller's profile or on the order page. Our admin team reviews every report. For anything urgent, message us on Discord.

Selling

Applying, fees, delivering with proof, payouts

How do I become a seller?

Go to Become a Seller and send your application. We review every one by hand — it keeps scammers out and buyers confident. You'll see the status on the same page and get a notification when you're approved.

What are the fees?

8% on accounts and items, 5% on currency. Buyers pay nothing extra, so the price you set is what they pay. Example: a $10 account pays you $9.20.

How do I deliver coins or items, and give proof?

Open Orders in the top bar. Orders waiting for you are at the top: it shows what to send and the buyer's Minecraft username (with a copy button). Send it in-game, then add a note and/or a screenshot and press “Mark as delivered”. Proof can't be changed after you submit it.

When do I get paid, and how do I withdraw?

Accounts release 24 hours after delivery; coins and items when the buyer confirms or 3 days after you deliver. Released money lands in your wallet balance and payouts to your own crypto address are automatic — minimum $1.00. Trusted Sellers are paid immediately on coin and item sales.

Can I sell more than one of the same item?

Yes. For spawners, kits, blocks and other items, set your price per item and how many you have in stock — buyers get a slider to choose how many they want. Coins are priced per 1M with the same slider. Accounts are always one at a time.

Safety & rules

Escrow, account trading, privacy

Is it safe to buy here?

Every payment is held in escrow by VoidAlts and only released to the seller after you have your order. Sellers are manually verified, login details are encrypted until your payment confirms, and every order has a dispute button.

Is account trading against Minecraft's rules?

Yes — Mojang/Microsoft's EULA prohibits transferring accounts, and servers like DonutSMP prohibit real-money trading. Everything on VoidAlts is at the buyer's and seller's own risk. VoidAlts is an independent marketplace and isn't affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, Hypixel or DonutSMP.

What do you do with my data?

We keep what's needed to run your account and orders, and we store secrets (like account credentials) encrypted. See the Privacy Policy for the details.
