Is it safe to buy accounts here?

All sellers are manually vetted by our team. Delivery content is encrypted and only revealed after payment confirms. We recommend always reading seller profiles and ratings before purchasing.

What happens after I pay?

Immediately after your crypto payment is detected on the blockchain by our server, your order page automatically unlocks the delivery content — the account credentials and instructions your seller provided.

Are refunds available?

Sales are generally final. If a seller delivers an account that doesn't match the listing description, you can open a dispute via your order page and an admin will review it. We do not refund crypto purchases.

How do I become a seller?

Join our Discord server, go to the #apply channel, and fill out the seller application. Our team reviews all applications and grants access manually. No automated approvals.

What are the platform fees?

VoidAlts takes 8% on account sales and 5% on currency/coin sales. There are no fees for buyers — the price you see is the price you pay.

Is account trading against Minecraft's ToS?

Yes — Mojang/Microsoft's EULA prohibits transferring accounts, and DonutSMP server rules prohibit real-money trading. All transactions on this platform are at the buyer's and seller's own risk. VoidAlts is an independent P2P marketplace not affiliated with these services.

My account was banned after purchase. What do I do?

Account bans after purchase are not grounds for a refund, as the ban may be the result of buyer activity. If the account was misrepresented (e.g., already banned at time of listing), you can open a dispute and we'll review it.

How do I report a scammer?

Use the Report button on the seller's profile or on your order page. Our admin team reviews all reports within 24 hours. You can also reach us directly on Discord.
