1. Platform Overview

VoidAlts is an independent peer-to-peer marketplace that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers of Minecraft-related accounts, virtual currency, and in-game items. VoidAlts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, Hypixel Inc., or DonutSMP in any way.

2. Disclaimer Regarding Third-Party Terms

The trading of Minecraft accounts and in-game currency may violate the End User License Agreement (EULA) of Mojang/Microsoft and the server rules of platforms like Hypixel and DonutSMP. By using VoidAlts, you acknowledge and accept that: (a) All transactions are conducted at your own risk. (b) Third-party platforms may take action against accounts involved in trading, including suspension or permanent bans. (c) VoidAlts cannot be held responsible for any account bans, suspensions, or other actions taken by third-party services following a transaction. (d) No refunds will be issued due to post-purchase account actions by third parties.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use VoidAlts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers agree to: (a) Only list items they genuinely own and control. (b) Provide accurate descriptions and stats. Auto-pulled stats must not be manually altered to misrepresent items. (c) Include clear, complete delivery instructions in the delivery content field. (d) Respond to buyer messages within 24 hours of purchase. (e) Not initiate chargebacks or payment reversals after delivery (constitutes fraud). (f) Comply with all applicable laws regarding the sale of digital goods. Violations result in permanent account bans and, where applicable, legal action.

5. Buyer Obligations

Buyers agree to: (a) Purchase only for legitimate use. (b) Not initiate fraudulent chargebacks after receiving delivery. (c) Not attempt to contact sellers outside the platform to circumvent fees. (d) Accept that all sales are final unless a valid dispute is opened and upheld by VoidAlts admin.

6. Fees

VoidAlts charges sellers a platform fee per completed sale: - Accounts, items, and services: 8% - Currency and coins: 5% These fees are deducted from the seller's payout. There are no fees charged to buyers beyond the listing price.

7. Payments

All payments are made in cryptocurrency (BTC, LTC, or SOL). Crypto amounts are calculated from live USD prices at time of checkout. Transactions are verified on-chain by our server — payments are non-refundable by nature of the blockchain. Prices are listed in USD for reference.

8. Disputes and Refunds

If a seller fails to deliver what was listed, the buyer may open a dispute on their order page within 48 hours of purchase. Our admin team reviews disputes within 24 hours. Refunds are issued solely at VoidAlts's discretion after review. We do not mediate post-delivery account ban disputes with third-party platforms.

9. Prohibited Content

The following listings are prohibited: (a) Stolen accounts or accounts obtained through unauthorized access. (b) Accounts that are currently banned from their respective platforms. (c) Real-world services that violate local laws. (d) Sexual or otherwise illegal content. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our sole discretion.

10. Privacy and Visitor Logging

VoidAlts logs visitor IP addresses, user agents, and pages visited for security and fraud prevention purposes. This data is visible only to VoidAlts administrators and is not sold or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Limitation of Liability

VoidAlts provides this platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoidAlts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to account bans, data loss, or unsuccessful transactions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction. By using VoidAlts, you agree to this.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be announced in our Discord server.
