1. Agreement
By accessing or using VoidAlts (voidalts.com) you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree, stop using the site immediately. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
2. Payments & Crypto
All payments are final and non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain. Crypto transactions are irreversible by nature — double-check the address and amount before sending. VoidAlts is not responsible for funds sent to the wrong address.
3. Escrow & Release
Seller funds are held in escrow after payment. For Minecraft accounts, which are delivered automatically, funds release 24 hours after delivery. For currency, items and everything else, funds release when the buyer confirms they received it, 3 days after the seller marks it delivered, or when an admin reviews the delivery proof — and never before the seller delivers. Buyers can open a dispute until the funds release. Released funds can be withdrawn from the seller wallet at any time.
4. Listing Reservations
When a buyer initiates checkout, the listing is reserved for up to 1 hour. If payment is not received within that window, the reservation is released and the listing becomes available again. Do not start a purchase you don't intend to complete.
5. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Accounts must be as described — correct email access, no pending bans, not previously migrated or locked. Misrepresentation results in permanent account termination and potential fee forfeiture.
6. Prohibited Items & Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited: stolen accounts, ban-evading accounts, accounts obtained through phishing or illegal means, false or misleading listing descriptions, harassment of buyers or staff. Violations result in immediate permanent bans.
7. Buyer Protection
If a seller fails to deliver a valid account within the agreed window after payment, open a support ticket. VoidAlts will investigate and, where verifiable, hold or reverse the seller's pending balance. Crypto payments already released cannot be recalled.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
VoidAlts is a peer-to-peer marketplace. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. All transactions are between buyer and seller directly. VoidAlts is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, Hypixel, DonutSMP, or any other game or platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
VoidAlts and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to account bans, lost funds, or data loss. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the site.
